BDC Training

	The "Becoming a Disciplemaking Church" Training Process BDC is a vision-based coaching and training process for Pastors and leaders. BDC equips churches to more effectively and intentionally utilize the ministries of the entire church to work together in a coordinated way to make disciples. BDC, the "Becoming a Disciplemaking Church" Training Process helps churches: Make disciples, not just attenders. Make disciples, not just believers. Improve church health. Build strong leaders.

	Maintain shared vision, direction, and Biblical purpose. In addition to helping traditional churches desiring change, BDC is fully compatible with Seeker-ministry churches, Purpose-driven churches, or Cell churches whose goal is to develop fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
	BDC is also an extremely valuable tool to assist church planters worldwide in developing churches focused on the Great Commission. How does BDC work? BDC is a training process, not a one-time event.

	Through this process, churches will discover how to translate Jesus’ 1st Century disciple-making mandate into 21st Century reality by: • Casting vision • Refining purpose • Intensifying outreach • Creating transformational small groups • Developing mature leaders • Coordinating programming Churches will meet together for instruction, workshop time, and coaching. The schedule is determined in conjunction with local leadership. Overseas, every effort is made to adapt the training to effectively communicate in your culture. Pastors will bring a team of leaders with them to each session (normal procedure in the U.S. and preferred when feasible internationally).
