| Developing Disciplemaking
Churches...Worldwide |
|
|
|
|
The passion of World Ministries is to serve
pastors and local churches worldwide by coaching them
to penetrate culture, lead men and women to Christ, and
help them grow to maturity.
By working in association with national
leaders, local denominations, and established mission
organizations
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
to train pastors and leaders, we serve as a catalyst and trainer/coaches
in the development of multiplying movements of disciplemaking
churches.

In addition, the U.S. Center for World Missions estimates that
more than 2 million church planters are active in Asia alone.
The VAST MAJORITY of these young pastors have very little practical
training in how to organize their church. World Ministries is
developing partnerships with indigenous Christian organizations
to assist them in training their current pastors and church
planters. We especially assist the acceleration of the global
church planting movement by equipping leaders to produce multiplying
disciplemaking churches. The need is overwhelming. The potential
is awesome.

A key component of our international ministry is "BDC" (Becoming a Disciplemaking Church Training Process) presented in culturally adapted formats.
World Intent
Another major thrust of our international ministry is “World Intent”. Through training (Pastor’s Edge Seminars and Leading Edge Seminars) and through partnerships with indigenous ministries,

we seek to accelerate the fulfillment of the Great Commission through creative, 21st century approaches to cross-cultural missions. Through “World Intent”, the Lord is at work in places and in ways that clearly show His grace and power.
Overseas, World Ministries' staff and volunteers seek to minister with God-given cultural sensitivity. Our goal is to exhibit a servant's heart, compassion, and conviction, as we assist international leaders to fulfill their mission. |
