Britt serves at Bettaway Community Church to work among the families of Delft, South Africa. Delft is a 3rd-world community with just over 400,000 people. The majority of people in Delft live on less than $3.00 per day and reside in small concrete homes or shacks made out of recycled material. Like many impoverished communities, Delft has to battle things like human trafficking, gangs, drugs abuse, alcoholism, and lack of healthy family structures. Britt is responsible for the church's Sunday School program and an community outreach program for kids called, "Transformers."

As Britt would drive into the church each day she began to see that there are a lot of kids in the community who are  either not in school yet or who are just outside playing.  These kids did not currently come to Sunday School. She started an impromptu and  unofficial after-school program called "Transformers" that has is now a regular program with dozens of children. God is now giving her the opportunity to share the love of Jesus with them several times during the week.
